In July during the metric 1200 smallbore prone match Mark Turner went on a hot tear setting the following range records:

- 1180-52x In the 1200 Agg.
- 395-20x In the 50 Meter Agg.
- 394-21x In the Metric Dewar Agg.
- 200-12x the Individual Target Metric 50 Meter.

Mark's records are all the more impressive when you consider that he's just coming off of shoulder surgery.

Congratulations Mark!

In the same match, Alan Wilson shot a new range record in the iron sight Individual Target Metric 300 Meter with a 197-4X.

In June, Gregg Foster set a new range record in the Conventional 50-yd Aggregate scoped match when he shot a 400-39X. Alan Wilson shot a 1600-118X for a new club record.

The fifty -yard range was closed recently for much-needed repairs. As you can see from the photos, the side berms and backstop were pushed back up. The backstop was moved back to create an accurate fifty-yard range and the floor of the range was flattened. New target frames were installed at 50-yards and the turning target system was reinstalled. Lastly, the entire range was hydro-mulched.

A number of board members and match directors put in many hours of work to make this happen. Please be sure to thank them when you see any of the following group: David Blakemore, Paul Walker, John Jebavy, Mark Franeckie, Ron Chambers and Alan Wilson.
